#LiEats: All About My Green

Yes, the money and the food. I love green veggies and after making this salad I’m pretty sure you will enjoy getting your greens in just like I do. Other than salads you can definitely make smoothies as an alternative to salads, but I love making a really big, refreshing salad.

I started my own hashtag on Instagram that you can follow: #LiEats. This is for the curious cats out there that want to know what I am eating — because I am vegan  vegetarian with vegan tendencies (I try not to label).

On to the salad…

Ingredients
  • Kale
  • Baby Arugula
  • Sprouts
  • Pumpkin Seeds
  • Craisins
  • Olives
  • Garlic Hummus
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • And the second time I added avocado

If you notice I didn’t add amounts because I feel like each person is different. I like more Craisins than Olives, it’s all based upon your personal preference. If you choose to make this salad take a picture and tag me in it on Instagram (or use the #LiEats hashtag so I can see it).
