i have been experimenting lately with different hairstyles so that i can still look cute without choking my hair with retwists/tightenings.
I love to get all of the wear I can out of a piece of clothing. I tend to repeat a lot of my outfits so I know a little bit to help guide others.
i’ve been getting asked very often about my hair and what i do to it and all that good jazzy stuff so i’m gonna make a little post about it. ready?

i want my goals to catapult me to a new thinking process to better myself to have the life that i know that i can have. here are some of the goals to do that:
setting the record straight, i have more than three favorite instagram accounts — but for the sake of this post i’m going to keep it short.
i highly enjoy taking care of my skin. it is actually something i am kind of proud of. i drink my water, i eat my veggies, and i wash my face everyday, but these two new products i have integrated into my daily routine have miraculously transformed my face.
periods. aunt flo. time of the month. crimson tide. checkin into the red roof in. moon time. cycle. shark week. or whatever you want to call it. ah, periods. don’t we love ‘em? periods are often shied away from being discussed or it’s seen as “taboo” to talk about. and god-forbid you talk about it in public or in front of a man *insert eye roll here*. well it’s natural and majority of women get it, but what if i told you that those few days out of the month for your period can be easy, breezy?
If you don’t know, now ya know! Yes. I, Khaliyah, am a college dropout. Now, I view this term as very harsh but it is the reality when you kind of just stop going to class. Let me give you a small backstory on it…
when i create blog posts some days are a little easier than others for coming up with ideas, getting inspiration, execution, and real posting; therefore, this is why sometimes it takes me forever and a day to post, but once i actually get into it these are the things that i need:
since i was younger i liked books; however, as i’ve gotten older i’ve kinda fallen off from reading because i’ve become engulfed in social media (but also school took over my life, work, extra curricular activities… ya know the usual), but lately i’ve been getting back into the swing of things.
